Tracy Morgan has been back on the road and is now returning to his hometown of New York City for their annual New York Comedy Festival. The last time we saw Morgan at the event was back in 2011; a few years before his nearly fatal accident. Happy homecoming.
Tracy Morgan, recovered from the 2014 car crash that nearly killed him and having earned an Emmy nomination for the “Saturday Night Live” episode he hosted last fall, will return to the New York Comedy Festival for the first time since 2011. He will appear at Carnegie Hall as one of the headliners of the festival, which runs from Nov. 1 through Nov. 6. “I can’t wait to get onstage at the legendary Carnegie Hall to perform in front of my family, my friends and my hometown fans,” the “30 Rock” star said in a statement.
