Will Ferrell And Amy Poehler Play Parents Who Turn Their House Into A Casino, ‘The House’ Dropping This Summer

Will Ferrell is headed back to theaters alongside Amy Poehler and this time around the two comedic actors will share the screen in new comedy, The House. The comedy will tell the story about two parents who struggle to pay for their daughter’s college tuition so decide to open up a casino in their home.

Back in 2015, Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler signed on to star in a movie together called The House, and the first trailer was released today. Written by Neighbors writing team Brendan O’Brien and Andrew J. Cohen, the film centers on a married couple who can’t afford to pay for their daughter to go to college, so they decide to open an illegal casino in their house to raise funds. Jason Mantzoukas, Nick Kroll, Lennon Parham, Cedric Yarbrough, Rory Scovel, Rob Huebel, and more show up in the trailer for the movie, which hits theaters Friday, June 30th.
