Director Deon Taylor Tells Comedy Hype About Reuniting Katt Williams And Mike Epps In ‘Meet The Blacks 2’

The last time we’ve seen Mike Epps and Katt Williams share the screen together in starring roles goes back to 2002’s Friday After Next. In the film, Epps was continuing his role as Day-Day while Williams played newcomer, Money Mike. After the film’s release, both comedians would go on to have successful careers. Fast forward to 15 years later, they are finally back on screen together for the sequel of comedy Meet The Blacks currently titled The House Next Door. Comedy Hype had the chance to speak with a few of the Meet The Blacks 2 (The House Next Door) cast during a set visit in Atlanta, GA. Director Deon Taylor would end up being one of the people spoke with. Taylor would share a lot of his insight, directing different genres and of course, spoke on reuniting two of today’s biggest comedians. Taylor hopes to see black superstar comedians work together more. Meet The Blacks 2 (The House Next Door) is expected to hit theaters in 2018.
