Geoffrey Owens Lands Another TV Show, To Guest Star On ‘NCIS: New Orleans’

Geoffrey Owens is back at it. Less than a month after going viral for working at Trader Joes, Owens has landed his second TV appearance. According to Deadline and other outlets, the former Cosby star will now be headed to the NCIS franchise with a guest starring role on ‘NCIS: New Orleans’. Just a few days ago it was announced that Owens signed a deal with Tyler Perry to feature on ‘The Have And Have Nots’ on OWN.

After being shamed for working at Trader Joe’s, Geoffrey Owens took the high road and said he wasn’t ashamed for making an honest living. Since then, he just continues living his best life and has nabbed a guest-starring role on NCIS: New Orleans…In the sixth episode of the upcoming season of the CBS drama, the Cosby Show alum is set to play Commander Adams, an old and valued friend who Pride (Scott Bakula) goes to for both medical and spiritual advice. Still emotionally reeling following his brush with death in the season finale/season premiere, Pride consults Adams about what could be causing his current symptoms and what his next course of action should be.
