Jay Pharoah, Leslie Jones And Others Expected To Return To SNL, Show Adds Newest Member

Before SNL returns to NBC this October, they will do so with one new addition. News has confirmed that stand-up comedian Jon Rudnitdky from New Jersey will be joining the cast. The 25 year-old has been making noise while expanding his career under the radar. Following the announcement of Rudnitdky, there has been no word that any of the previous members were not returning. So it’s safe to say we will get more impressions from Jay Pharoah, and see Leslie Jones’s growth on her second year.

According to Deadline, just one new cast member will join the ranks of Saturday Night Live before the show kicks off its 41st season. Jon Rudnitsky is a 25-year-old stand-up comedian with both an improv and writing background. He won the 2012 Laugh Factory’s Laugh Bowl college comedy competition and did time performing with the Groundlings as well. He’s known for writing and starring in viral videos that mock everything from dick picks to the Jewish Hunger Games (a.k.a. Yom Kippur) to Matthew McConaughey:
