Katt Williams may be getting a permanent break from touring over his newest charge in connection to an incident that took place in Los Angeles back in March. According to Katt, he originally approached a car accident to help the victims but ended up in altercation with a group of rappers who made jokes about his height. Now sources are saying that Katt has been charged for a misdemeanor and faces up to 6 months of jail time.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … he’s been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery for the incident in L.A. in March where Katt allegedly struck bystanders in self-defense. Katt told us the guys were cracking short jokes on him after he ran to help victims in a car crash…. He also faces 6 months in jail for the L.A. case.
