Earlier last week Michael Blackson finally released his independent comedy Kony Montana. In the movie Blackson plays a booty enhancer who takes his job serious as if he is a modern day drug-lord similar to 1983’s Scarface. To help with the film, Blackson recruited several comedy talents from internet star King Bach (pink wig), Jack Thriller, and Leslie Jones of Saturday Night Live. Originally the film was being shopped around but it turns out that they look to test the power of the internet by releasing it on Vimeo Demand. For King Bach the film is one of his earliest roles in a movie, at the time during filming he was still considered to be an aspiring comedic actor but since then has built a following of millions online. In 2014 Bach, and Blackson reunited on the set of upcoming comedy Meet The Blacks starring Mike Epps. The film is produced by Michael’s Blackson Ent. in association with HighDEPinition Productions, INC. and Patryk Depa. For all those interested in watching the film, it is now available for rent and purchase here. Others featured in the film include London “Deelishis” Charles, Reginald Ballard, Cory Fernandez, and rapper Cassidy. Check out the trailer.
