Now for the first time ever in his growing career we will be able to see his first ever comedy special. It was revealed yesterday that Pete’s upcoming ‘Pete Davidson: SMD’ hour special will be filmed this April.
One of stand-up comedy’s brightest rising stars, Pete Davidson is set to film his first one-hour stand-up special during two sold-out shows at the Skirball Center in New York City on Saturday, April 30 at 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. ET. “Pete Davidson: SMD” is scheduled to premiere fall 2016 on Comedy Central. At 21, Davidson is the youngest member of the current “Saturday Night Live cast,” as well as the first SNL cast member to be born in the 1990’s. The special is executive produced by Davidson, Tim Sarkes, and Joel Gallen, who will direct. Broadway Video will serve as consulting producers. Anne Harris and Miro Terrell are the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
