Steve Harvey’s latest run has been a bit quieter compared to his 2015 year. At one point in time, it felt that Harvey could do no wrong but today things have somewhat shifted. After publicly sharing his support of Donald Trump’s 2016 election, the comedy titan looked to have taken a dip in overall approval. But despite a few obstacles he has always remained focused on his daytime talk show endeavors and re-launched his talk show, STEVE currently filmed in Los Angeles. NBC has now announced that they will move forward with a season 2 of the talk show.

Steve Harvey took a gamble this past fall on a total remodel of his syndicated daytime talk show “Steve.” He changed the format, moved from Chicago to Los Angeles and shuffled production companies behind the scenes. “Steve” is getting second year to prove itself now that distributor NBCUniversal Domestic TV has renewed the show for 2018-19 on stations covering 90% of U.S. TV households, including the NBC O&O group.
