Actress Taraji P. Henson took over the hosting duties this week on Saturday Night Live. Of course when it came to jokes, the show referenced Taraji’s current role as Cookie Lyons of TV series Empire. In one sketch in particular, Taraji as Cookie took childhood favorite Sesame Street and blended it with all of the dramatics you might see on her show. Check out the parody from over the weekend.
If you were anywhere on the internet today, you probably heard or saw video of Florida rapper Plies being thrown off stage by a fan. Of course when moments like these happen it inspires some comedic material. After the footage started spreading, several comedians including Lil Duval, Tony Baker, Spoken Reasons, Billy Sorrells, and King Keruan joined the rest of the internet with a few jokes.
